Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking in-store merchandisers to help shape the shopping experience by building displays, setting end caps, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

The role offers $14.00 per hour, opportunities for growth through internal promotion, and benefits options including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Training and team support are provided, and additional hours may be available.

Qualifications

• Comfortable engaging with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work in a retail setting.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retail Odyssey clients.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
