Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Overview

The Reset Merchandiser will be responsible for large-scale rearrangement of store products by stocking or restocking according to a planogram. This includes tearing down and rebuilding sections of the store, following diagrams, and completing resets on schedule and according to plan.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks efficiently and cost-effectively
• Report completed tasks via designated systems on the same day
• Communicate effectively with store personnel regarding tasks and promotions
• Complete required training and certifications
• Use communication tools daily for planning and reporting
• Implement retail schematics and merchandising materials
• Participate in team tasks onsite
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Implement customer-approved schematics and planograms, tagging items and obtaining management approval
• Tag, rotate, and place products on shelves as directed
• Complete accurate reporting of recaps, expense reports, and timesheets

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; retail experience preferred but not required
• Computer Skills: Proficient with PC, printer, and familiar with Adobe, Word, Excel, Outlook
• Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, walk, handle objects, reach, talk, hear, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance. Regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 60 pounds. May involve significant driving.
• Tools: Access to internet, printer, phone, reliable transportation, and basic tools (hammer, screwdriver, tape measure)
• Vehicle Use: Valid driver’s license and auto insurance if using personal vehicle for work
• Work Environment: Retail store with some travel, early mornings possible
• Language Skills: English primary; bilingual may be required
