Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking teammates for in-store merchandising support. You will help retailers by building displays, setting up end caps, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to optimize store sales.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; full training will be given to help you succeed and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical store duties.
• 18 years or older and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service and proactive attitude.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
