Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising associate in Troy, MO. You will help shape the shopper experience by building displays, setting end caps, rotating stock, and keeping shelves stocked to drive sales.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. This role offers competitive pay, room for growth, and opportunities for additional hours and benefits.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Youre 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
