Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking an in-store merchandiser to support retailers with merchandising tasks, displays, and shelf resets. You will rotate products, track inventory, and collaborate with store staff to maximize sales opportunities.

We value customer-focused teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a retail environment. Training is provided and additional hours may be available on request.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a retail setting.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers.
• Build displays and end caps and reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to help stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
• Engage with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Work with team to ensure accurate planograms and display standards.
