Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company in Wisconsin is looking for friendly team members to help shape the shopping experience by providing in-store merchandising support to retailers and their customers. You will help create attractive displays, set up end caps, rotate stock, and monitor inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; opportunities for growth exist within the organization, including flexible hours and benefits tailored

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
