Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company, part of Advantage Solutions, seeks in-store merchandising assistants to help shape shopping experiences and support product displays across retailer locations. You will engage customers, set up displays, rotate stock, and monitor inventory to optimize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed. Competitive wages start at $14.50 per hour with opportunities to take on additional hours.

Qualifications

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
