Advantage Solutions' Retail Odyssey division is seeking a friendly, energetic assistant to support in-store merchandising at our Palmer, AK location. You will help build displays, stock shelves, rotate products, and keep inventory aligned with store needs, ensuring shoppers see the right products at the right time.

You don't need prior experience as training and team support are provided. You must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, have reliable transportation, and enjoy delivering excellent

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
