Job summary

Advantage Solutions’ Retail Odyssey program in Omaha is seeking a friendly, motivated teammate to help shape the future of in-store experiences.

In this role you will build displays, reset shelves, track inventory, and support retailers to meet shopper needs. Training is provided; growth from within, and additional hours may be available. You must be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation. $15 per hour.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
