About The Role
The Retail Attendant interacts with and assists resort customers in the retail store. Responsibilities include maintaining the store's appearance, stocking shelves, providing product knowledge, and assisting guests with purchases and inquiries.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assist guests with purchases and questions.
• Handle refunds, exchanges, room charges, employee discounts, gift certificates, and promotions.
• Pack orders for shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report unsafe conditions.
• Stock and price merchandise accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Provide directions to guests.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Attend mandatory meetings.
• Open and close the retail store.

What You Bring To The Role

• High school diploma (college degree preferred).
• Retail experience is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with resort PMS, POS systems, and Microsoft 365.
• Fluent in English.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
