Job summary

SAS Retail Services, a division of Advantage Solutions, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate in Oak Island, NC. You will help build displays, reset shelves with rotation, and support inventory tracking to maximize sales opportunities for retailers.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed. Competitive hourly wages start at $13.50, with potential for additional hours and customizable benefits for eligible teammates.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
