Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking a friendly in-store merchandising partner to support retailers by building displays, rotating shelves, and tracking inventory to boost sales.

You will engage with customers and store management in a positive, energetic way, lift up to 50 lbs, and participate in training with our team. No prior experience required; we provide thorough training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Physical ability to move, bend, stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Motivated self-starter with a bias for action and results.
• Work independently but also able to build a team.

Responsibilities

• In-store merchandising support to retailers, building displays and end caps.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
