Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking team members to provide in-store merchandising support across North Kingstown. You will engage with customers by building displays, resetting shelves, and monitoring inventory to enhance sales opportunities.

Applicants must be 18 years or older, able to lift up to 50 lbs., and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Competitive wages start at $16.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and customization of benefits to meet individual needs.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
