Job summary

Advantage Solutions is looking for enthusiastic team members to provide in-store merchandising support in Allentown, PA. You will help build displays, reset product shelves, and track inventory to optimize sales opportunities.

The position offers a competitive wage of $14.50 per hour and the chance to grow within a company that promotes from within. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
