Job summary

Advantage Solutions, operating through Retail Odyssey, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and shoppers. You will build displays, set end caps, rotate products, and help maximize sales opportunities in partner stores.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; we also offer opportunities for growth and flexible hours where available. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have reliable transportation.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
