Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks individuals to support in-store merchandising, including building displays and end caps, rotating shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. Training is provided and no prior experience is required.

You will interact with customers and management in a friendly, energetic manner and be part of a team that helps retailers meet shoppers' needs while offering growth opportunities and customizable benefits.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
