Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company, part of the Advantage Solutions family, seeks an in-store merchandising support associate to help shape shopping experiences. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and monitor inventory to maximize sales opportunities for retailers.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to/from work location

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
