Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking in-store merchandising support to help meet shoppers' needs. You will build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed. Competitive wage is $14.50 per hour with potential for additional hours and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs by building displays and end caps, rotating products and tracking inventory.
• Reset shelves with product rotation to maximize sales opportunities.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to keep shelves stocked and appealing.
