Job summary

Retail Odyssey in Columbus, OH is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to build displays, reset shelves, rotate stock, and track inventory to maximize sales. You will also support leadership with reporting, scheduling, training, and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed. The role offers $17.50 per hour with additional hours possible and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to lead and train others.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Own transportation and reliable attendance.
