Job summary

Retail Odyssey in Wisconsin is seeking an entry-level merchandise associate to support in-store setups and ensure shelves are stocked efficiently. You will build displays, reset end caps and rotate products to optimize shopper engagement.

No prior experience is required; full training and team support are provided. You’ll join a supportive environment with benefits and opportunities for growth in a nationwide retail network.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
