Job summary

Advantage Solutions' Retail Odyssey team is looking for an in-store Merchandiser to support retailers, ensure shelves are stocked, and display products effectively. You will build displays, reset end caps, rotate stock, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You don't need prior experience; we provide training and team support, with opportunities to grow from within. This role is a great entry point into retail with competitive hourly pay and benefits options.

Qualifications

• No prior experience is required as training is provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Enjoy interacting with customers in a friendly, energetic manner.
• Reliable transportation to the work location is required.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
