Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and shoppers. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory while working with a friendly team. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided.

Expected to be 18+ with reliable transportation, you will contribute to sales opportunities and a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
