Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking a team member to support in-store merchandising and display setup at retailers in East Lansing, MI. No prior experience required; training and team support are provided to help you succeed.

You will interact with customers and store management, maintain displays, and help ensure shelves are stocked and rotated for optimal sales. Growth opportunities and benefits are available as part of our supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and management.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
