Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking a friendly, energetic in-store merchandiser to support retailers and shoppers. You will build displays, set end caps, rotate products, and help manage inventory to maximize sales.

No experience required; we provide training and team support. You must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation. Competitive hourly wages and benefits are available; growth from within is encouraged.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
