Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring for an in-store merchandising role in Manassas, VA. You will help shape shopping experiences by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to optimize sales for retailers.

Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within the company. No prior experience is required; we welcome motivated individuals who enjoy customer interaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical work.
• Have reliable transportation to the work location.
• Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills with clients and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Able to work independently while contributing to team building.
• Safety-conscious in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
• Collaborate with retailers and field teammates to execute planograms.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members

• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
