Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, setting end caps, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will interact with customers and store management, work 18+ hours, and receive training and team support to help you succeed in a friendly, fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience is required; training and team support are provided.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a retail setting.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
