Job summary

Advantage Solutions, via SAS Retail Services, seeks in-store merchandising support to help retailers maximize sales opportunities. You will build displays, end caps, rotate stock, and ensure shelves are well stocked and organized.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and ongoing team support. You will join a network of teammates delivering great shopping experiences in Carlsbad, NM with flexible hours and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with safety in mind.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
