Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring a part-time in-store merchandising associate in Louisville, KY. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; competitive wages and growth opportunities are available. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and communicate effectively with customers and management.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• 18 years or older.
• Capable of moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Able to work independently, but also possess strong teamwork skills.
• Maintain safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
