Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and shoppers in Kingman, AZ. You will build displays, reset shelves, and rotate products to maximize sales opportunities, while tracking inventory and working with store teams.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and ongoing team support; you’ll have opportunities for growth, and the role may include additional hours if requested.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
