Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company, part of Advantage Solutions, is seeking team members to support in-store merchandising across retailers. Build displays, reset shelves, manage end caps, and monitor inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No experience required; training is provided. We offer competitive wages at $20.82 per hour, with opportunities for additional hours and internal growth.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and able to engage shoppers.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, About You

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
