Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandiser in the Issaquah, WA area. The role focuses on creating compelling product displays, updating shelves, and ensuring inventory aligns with sales opportunities. You will work closely with store teams to deliver excellent customer service and support continuous learning.

No prior experience is required; training and team support are provided to help you succeed, with flexible hours and opportunities for additional shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
