Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is hiring for an in-store merchandising role in Inkster, MI, to help retailers elevate shopper experiences and drive sales.

You will build displays, rotate products, and monitor inventory while delivering friendly customer service and working well in a team. Training is provided, and there may be additional hours available based on store needs.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
