Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring in-store merchandisers to support retailers and shoppers. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate stock, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; opportunities for growth and additional hours may be available. Wages start at $16.00 per hour with benefits customizable to you.

Qualifications

• Able to interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• 18 years or older.
• Capable of physical work: lift up to 50 lbs., stand, bend, move.
• Have reliable transportation to work location.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with clients and teammates.
• Motivated self-starter with action and results bias.
• Work independently but can build a team when needed.
• Commit to safety in a retail environment.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.

About you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Youre 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
