Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring for an in-store merchandising role in Indiana. You will support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to drive sales. No prior experience required as training is provided and growth opportunities exist.

Candidates should be comfortable with customer interaction, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation. This role offers competitive hourly pay and potential for additional hours.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.

About you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Youre 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
