Job summary

Winston Retail in Hayward, WI is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser who is passionate about store presentation. You will stock shelves, refresh displays, and ensure products are organized and visually appealing while reflecting the brand’s identity.

You will work hands-on in multiple stores, execute planograms, report via the Winston App, and collaborate with store teams. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with store standards.

• Communicate merchandising needs with team and store management.
• Work independently and in teams across multiple stores.
• Manage monthly scheduling to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Submit store visit reports with before/after photos and feedback via Winston App.
• Report using smartphones: iOS 11+ or Android 2020+ with up-to-date OS.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift.

Job Overview

Winston Retail is seeking a passionate, detail-driven merchandiser. You'll play a key role in ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. You will be working hands-on in stores to replenish inventory, maintain product presentation standards, and help create a seamless and engaging shopping experience that reflects the brand’s identity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with company and store standards
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different store settings
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by assigned deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and accountability
• Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing feedback, using our Winston App on a smart device
• Smartphones are required for reporting:
• IOS: Use an iPhone 11 or newer
• Android: Use a 2020 or newer device with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in retail merchandising or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential
• A keen eye for detail and creativity in presenting apparel and hardline merchandise
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
