Job summary

Neptune Retail Solutions in Franklin, TN is seeking a Part-time Retail Merchandiser to install and maintain in-store promotions, including the Instant Coupon Machine, at-the-shelf ads, and shopping cart ads.

The territory covers Smyrna, Antioch, Columbia, Murfreesboro, Brentwood and Franklin, TN, with an average of 4–30 hours per week. Flexible hours, paid training, and gas reimbursement are offered; must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• In-store Representatives must have a valid driver's license and a reliable, insured personal vehicle.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Take initiative and work well independently with a strong work ethic.
• Display focus on quality, detail, and accuracy.
• Demonstrate adaptability to clients, retailers, customers, and coworkers.
• Ensure professional interactions with customers and clients.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.
• Access to computer, internet and printer.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods, with occasional driving.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain in-store promotions, including the Instant Coupon Machine, at‑the‑shelf ads and shopping cart ads.
• Cover the territory of Smyrna, Antioch, Columbia, Murfreesboro, Brentwood and Franklin, TN with 4–30 hours weekly on average.

Position Requirements

• In-store Representatives must have a valid driver's license and a reliable, insured and registered personal vehicle (For some city assignments, representatives may choose alternate transportation, such as a bus or subway)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Take initiative
