Job summary

Neptune Retail Solutions is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to install and maintain the Instant Coupon Machine and at-shelf ads. This role focuses on in-store promotions and cart ads across the Chattanooga area.

The position offers flexible work hours, competitive pay, gas reimbursement and paid training, with a territory including Cleveland, Harrison, Ooltewah, Chattanooga and surrounding areas. 5–25 hours per week on average.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable insured vehicle.
• Be at least 18 years old and able to work independently.
• Display strong attention to quality, detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrate adaptability to clients, retailers, customers and coworkers.
• Provide excellent customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.
• Access to a computer, internet and printer.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods, including driving day/night.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain the Instant Coupon Machine and at-shelf advertisements.
• Support shopping cart ads and in-store promotions.
• Travel within the territory (Cleveland, Harrison, Ooltewah, Chattanooga, Ducktown) and cover 525 hours per week.

The territory covered isCleveland, Harrison, Ooltewah, Chattanooga, Ducktown, TN. The territory averages 5 - 25 hours per week.

Position Requirements

• In-store Representatives must have a valid driver's license and a reliable, insured and registered personal vehicle (For some city assignments, representatives may choose alternate transportation, such as a bus or subway)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Take initiative
• Work well independently with a strong work ethic
• Display focused attention to quality, detail, and accuracy
