Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring for an in-store merchandising role in Fairmont, WV. You will support retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth within the company.

No prior experience is required as training and team support help you succeed, and flexible hours may be available to fit your needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with store teams to execute proper planograms.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
