Job summary

SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, is seeking an in-store merchandiser in Appleton, WI to support retailers and shoppers. The role involves building displays, resetting shelves, and monitoring inventory to maximize opportunities. Training is provided, no prior experience required.

Ideal candidates are 18+, physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, reliable for transportation, and committed to excellent customer service. Flexible hours and potential for additional shifts are available.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
