Job summary

Advantage Solutions, working through Retail Odyssey, seeks in-store merchandisers to support retailers in creating engaging displays and timely resets. You will contribute to shopper satisfaction by arranging displays, refreshing shelves, and maintaining accurate shelf inventory.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; employees receive ongoing support and opportunities for advancement. You will interact with customers and store management in a friendly, proactive manner,

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
