Job summary

SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, is hiring for an in-store merchandising role in El Paso, Texas. You will build displays, set up end caps, rotate stock, and track inventory to maximize sales.

No prior experience required; training provided. You must be 18+, lift up to 50 lbs, have reliable transportation, and deliver friendly, customer-focused service in a fast-paced retail environment.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
