Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks an in-store merchandising associate in Easton, ME. You will support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. No prior experience required; training and team support are provided.

Compensation is $18.00 per hour with growth opportunities, and additional hours may be available upon request. Benefits and training are designed to fit family needs and support career growth.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• You must be 18 years or older.
• Capable of moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Able to work independently but also as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps and rotate products accordingly.
• Reset shelves with product rotation to maximize sales opportunities.
• Track inventory to ensure retailers and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
