Job summary

SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, is hiring for an in-store merchandiser in Virginia. You will help shape shopper experiences by building displays, organizing end caps, and rotating stock to keep shelves fresh and inviting for customers.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. You’ll work with store teams to deliver great service, lift up to 50 lbs, and enjoy growth opportunities, with benefits tailored to your needs.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
