Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company in Cleves, OH is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, setting end caps, and rotating stock to maximize sales opportunities across locations. You will work closely with store teams, train with our program, and contribute to a friendly, energetic customer experience.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; you must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, rotating shelves and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with store teams to ensure product placement aligns with promotions and planograms.
