Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company in Ohio is seeking an in-store merchandising teammate to support retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, rotating products, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed.

You’ll interact with customers, lift up to 50 lbs, and contribute to a safe, energetic retail environment. Competitive hourly wages and growth opportunities are offered.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.

Now, About You

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
