Neptune Retail Solutions in Bolivar, MO is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to install and maintain the Instant Coupon Machine, at-shelf ads, and shopping cart ads. The territory covers Bolivar and nearby towns with 2–17 hours per week. Flexible hours, gas reimbursement, and paid training are offered.

A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required. Ideal candidates work well independently, stay detail-focused, and provide professional customer service while meeting clients’

Qualifications

• Comfort with standing, bending, and driving as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain the Instant Coupon Machine at assigned stores.
• Arrange and monitor at-shelf advertisements and shopping cart ads.
• Travel within Bolivar, MO and surrounding areas to cover territories.
• Represent Neptune Retail Solutions with excellent customer service.

The territory covered is Bolivar, Ashgrove, Marshfield, MO. The territory averages 2 - 17 hours per week.

Position Requirements

• In-store Representatives must have a valid driver's license and a reliable, insured and registered personal vehicle (For some city assignments, representatives may choose alternate transportation, such as a bus or subway)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Take initiative
• Work well independently with a strong work ethic
• Display focused attention to quality, detail, and accuracy
• Demonstrate adaptability to the needs of our clients, retailers, customers, and coworkers
• Ensure all work interactions are met with excellent customer service skills and professionalism
• Strong organizational skills and time-efficient
• Access to computer, internet and printer
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time, repetitive bending, lifting and stretching, driving during the day/night.
