Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising teammate in Avondale, AZ. You will build displays, reset shelves, and monitor product rotation to maximize store sales opportunities. Training is provided, and additional hours may be available.

You should be comfortable interacting with customers and management, be 18 years or older, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred or demonstrated in a retail setting.
• Ability to interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Motivation, reliability, and a strong bias for action and results.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory to optimize sales opportunities.
• Interact with customers professionally and support store teams to meet shoppers' needs.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
