Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking an energetic in-store merchandising associate to support Retailers in Stuarts Draft, VA. You will help build displays, reset shelves, and rotate products while ensuring inventory is accurate and opportunities to boost sales are identified.

The role offers competitive wages, on-the-job training, and opportunities for growth within our nationwide network. Prior experience isn’t required; training and team support are provided.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
