Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries Rehabilitation Center, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandise Processor at Bellevue. You will work with the team to receive, sort, price, and prepare donated merchandise for display in the Goodwill store.

The role emphasizes fast-paced operations, customer service, and maintaining an organized, safe workspace. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work weekends/holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Six months of previous work experience or the equivalent educational or vocational experience preferred.
• Must be able to follow directions well and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to problem solve and provide exceptional customer service to customers

Responsibilities

• Sort and process merchandise from containers for sale on the sales floor.
• Stock merchandise on the sales floor in an organized manner
• Record and monitor donations accurately and timely
• Stay aware of brand names, designer labels, and current styles
• Categorize items for boutique/Ecommerce, sellable, and salvage
• Price and display merchandise to appropriate areas while keeping items grouped
• Maintain daily quota for pieces processed and ensure safety practices are followed
• Provide friendly and engaging interactions with donors and customers
