Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• At least six months of previous work experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service to all customers.

Responsibilities

• Sort and process merchandise from containers for sales floor according to guidelines.
• Roll and stock merchandise on sales floor.
• Record and monitor donations accurately and timely.
• Stay aware of brand names, designers, and current/vintage styles.
• Sort apparel into boutique/Ecommerce, sellable, and salvage categories.
• Hang items on hangers and transport to sales floor keeping groups
• Maintain daily quota for pieces processed and ensure organized merchandising.
• Price and place merchandise in its designated sales floor areas.
• Follow safety and security practices and report hazards.
• Provide friendly, engaging customer service to donors and customers.
• Attend store meetings and trainings; adhere to schedule.
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional work environment including production area.
• Present Goodwill’s mission to donors and customers and cross-train as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
